will present/display its last innovation in Mobile World Congress of Barcelona, from the 11 to the 14 of this month. One is first receiver DVB-SH of the world. The Digital standard Broadcasting Video from Satellite to Handhelds (DVB-SH) was conceived as complement of the DVB-H for the bands of high
frequency as band S. This adjusts to the unique
characteristics of the hybrid solutions of movable TV by satélite/terrestre to obtain a national cover on movable telephones as well as portable devices and for automobiles. DVB-SH obtained the approval of Forum DVB like standard opened in February of 2007. Impelling itself in its experience of conception in many fields, the developer tecnológicaDiBcom returns to surprise with the creation of a truely innovating solution that responds to the evolution of the technology of the movable TV and makes possible the direct coupled receiving of transmissions via satellite in portable devices. The DIB29098 of DiBcom is the most complex and powerful chip of movable TV that has been created to date.

The DIB29098 is the first component that incorporates Diversity-2 (capacity for dual antennas) in a single chip. This technology enormously increases the yield of the receiver as much in movable applications (as it has been demonstrated in applications for automobiles) like in inner cover. In addition, it is a receiver of four bands multi-way: it counts on tuning VHF, UHF a compatible dual RF with frequencies, L band and band S, and a dual demodulador that process signals DVB-T, DVB-H and DVB-SH, and a powerful disturb-decoder with memory incorporated for DVB-SH FEC (Forward Error Correction).
Compleeta solution for manufacturers and operators
Thanks to this technology, DiBcom offers a complete solution so that the manufacturers and operators of movable TV can as much create compatible terminals with DVB-H as with DVB-SH, happening from the one to the other of the standards and to accede to different regions.
