The argument of chaussures louboutin Australia Pty Ltd, the British-****d footwear maker R. Griggs & Co Ltd, Dr Ing Herbert Funck and Elizabeth Maertens was that local companies Bata, Figgins, Rivers and Windsor Smith had copied the get-up and trade dress of Manolo Blahnik footwear and put look-alike or imitation products into the market.It was claimed they had wrongfully appropriated chaussures louboutingoodwill and reputation.Justice Goldberg said that counsel for all local footwear companies submitted with considerable force that there was no representation or misrepresentation as to the trade source in any of their products as each bore a brand **** which bore no relationship with the Manolo Blahnik brand ****.
