Help for Fortec FSCI 5200 PVR

sorry everyone that I could not write in Arabic, I do not have a key borand and never did it in my life, I live in the US and would lilke to know if there is patch for the MOdel FSCI 5200 PVR, specially the one that work with N2, We do have a lot of arabic channel, but could not have them. T
