Please help me.

I have loaded, the BOOT file: (boot_uci_81_(05)0414_ver62.***) and the (New API SW (version 3.xx SW : VSR-4600_302_api.***) in my receiver (VSR-4600 2Ci plus positionner) by RS 232, and I followed all the instructions indicated in the file (loading procedure for vsr-4600) but after loading the new software my receiver stop working and become see only the first page of ******** in the TV. How can I back up the software?
I want indicate that my receiver with the old software before the download, show in the front panel -02- and now after loading the new software 62.
I know that I loaded the wrong software in my receiver. so please send me the right soft for my receiver because it dosen't exist in the ***.
